Ok thanks @pereb27 , I think I will stick with the black ops bundle instead as it is guaranteed to be under 3.55.

Why don't you just look for one used on ebay? 500€ is just ridiculous, its twice the normal retail price.

I was thinking of getting a used one but then again you don't know what's been done with the ps3, if it had YLOD etc.
