If you want to use the tristate for unbricking purpose, just manually hold the wire on that point.

I warned you. You need to know what you are doing to try and solder to the motherboard. If the soldering iron is up to temp, you should only have to touch the solder to it and it to the board for a second. If you have to hold it to the board or the solder for more than second, then it is either too cold, or the tip needs to be cleaned. Anyway, too late for that. I have no idea how or if this can be fixed. Hopefully someone else can help, or you can research it. Good luck.

Oh and I don't agree with the other poster. Holding the wire to nor tristate doesn't sound good. If it looses connection for a second, then it won't keep the system on for flashing, and could cause you to flash only half the bios. Even worse if it slips from your hand, you could short something out. Not recommended, but too each his own I guess.

easy solution. remove and change the harddisk. helped for me
