@aldostools has update this program to 1.8.0.

New feature has been added! One of it is export selected games to .pkg format. Now you can easily install the st.dat by simply installing the pkg via XMB.

So I made a .pkg of infamous cheats. I installed the .pkg,but it doesn't show up in code unique2. I really like this program because I can pick and choose which ones to apply. Is there a way to update the database for code unique2?

I think there is a small error. in .pkg export.
It should be fixed in the next update.

If it were working ideally, would it update the code unique2 database, or would it just apply the cheats to said game?

It would simply replace the st.dat in USRDIR of CHET20000. Presently it writes to CU230000. Which is wrong. Please use MM to delete the folder "CU230000".

Ok thanks. I guess there is no current way to update code unique 2? I am new. Maybe this ps3usercheats program is the same thing? To me it looks like a place to add chess to a database, and then you can move them the opropriate game folder on the ps3? If that is correct, how do you tell it which one of the cheats you want to apply?

Ps3usercheats was the website that sold the dongle. Now it is dead. It is now referred as CodeUnique. One a sidenote, I am working on New Logo and Background for the app.

Yeap you are right, PS3 Cheats Editor is a windows app that edits CodeUnique's db file which is "st.dat". But PS3 Cheats Editor uses it own db format (text) for easy editing. You can export your selected games (Or entire DB) to st.dat. After that, simply replace the st.dat located in USRDIR of CHET20000.

How do you tell it which one of the cheats you want to apply?

you can try asian codes for demon souls (blas). these should work fine with bles
