This sounds like a very familiar fix from a year or so ago. I remember having to change out .cer file and I think I was running F*PSN a then. Is it a similar fix?

here is the link to the app. which which has the options to installs the psn ca files , back up your original files and installs your orignail files,
dont deletethe app , as u will lose your backuped ca files . if this does happy just reinstall your fw http://www.multiupload.co.uk/KAGN1BVIEA so what u do it go threw the options and back up files then install the psn CA files then reboot ps3 and use ****PSN no major graphics etc just simple . will make it look better at some point
