Which file do i burn to a dvd?

I downloaded the YDL5.1 file, and i burned it to a dvd twice (once with the whole file, and once with the individual files). Niether of them worked on my ps3, so what am i doing wrong? an i suppost to burn the WinRAR file? or open it in WinRAR and burn ALL the files in it?

When i open it in WinRAR, these are the files that come up:

YellowDog
repodata
PS3
ppc
images
etc
RPM-GPG-KEY
RELEASE-NOTES
.discinfo

So how do i burn all these files onto a dvd?

thank you

Just use Nero or something. Any DVD burner will work my friend.

Are you sure you have the right "Otheros" file that boots up Linux?

You burn the .iso file, essentially the "WinRAR File" to the disk.
A tool that I use and that works very well is Active@ ISO Burner

Download link

You just download and use. No setup is needed.

The reason the ps3 is not accepting the DVD is because you are burning the winRAR file to it not the iso itself. You need a special burner like this one described on terrasoft's page.

To my knowledge I haven't seen some CD images for YDL 6. I might be wrong but, my searching turned up nothing.
