install f**kpsn on pc, start it up.

set dns on ps3 to pc ip address.

restart ps3.

log in to psn..

not the greatest guide, but should get you there

this assumes your on a local network, have / know the basics of that, have an internet connection, and a working psn account set up.

I'm sure somebody can elaborate on that slightly if needed
Getting error 80710092. Any clue what this means???

not 100% sure, but it might be due to having an old psn account that never accepted the latest terms and bull...

try creating another account on your pc, then logging in with that

What do you mean? You are not making any sense to me. Let me explain: 1. I download it to my pc, 2. I transfer it to my ps3 or copy it to a usb key, 3. I install it. Clearer now?

Error 80700192

If you are getting this error check your firewall settings. I was getting error 80700192 then I disabled my antivirus (Not recommended) and poof it worked. I then added fpsn to my trusted section and now everything works!
