It worked for me too.
I made two changes:
*** - Removed the proxy, which was set to the PC.
*** - Tested with another user (my old started giving an error after removing the proxy)

i'm getting an error 8071053d when making a new account anyone got a solution for this. lol fck psn never works for me. :/
