I installed the package which was provided by @carldenning (Thx again awesome work) put the PC IP in as DNS server then restarted my ps3 and then started ****psn after that i had to wait around 3 to 5 minutes till i could connect to psn.

I FIXED IT!!!!!!!!!!! It appeared to be a problem wit my OS ( Win 7 64-bit ) so i switched to another PC with Win Vista 32-bit and now it works fine :D :D :D :D

Just follow this :-
1. You first need to open the ports in your router ( If you don't have one skip this step ) .
Go to the "Network and sharing center" find you connection and click "Status" after that click "Details" and take note of the following :-
A. IPv4 address .
B. IPv4 Default gateway .
Now forwarding ports is different for every router so Google for your router on how to forward ports using it .
Forward the following ports 53, 80, 443 .
2. Go to Control Panel->Firewall->Allow a program throw windows firewall and then click on "Add port" .
Inter the ports one at a time and forward them e.g : First type 80 and click on TCP then click Ok . Now click add port again and type 80 now choose UDP then click Ok . Then click add port again and type 50 and choose TCP.........etc do that for all three ports .
Now follow the F@#$PSN tutorial on placing the CA27.cer................etc

That's what i did and it worked for me . And don't forget to run the F@#$PSN.exe as Admin as well .
