If anyone ever takes the time to read the ps3devwiki on passphrases for firmwares, you would know that the passphrase for 4.21 is the SAME as 4.25
it should most definitely work |

No clue sloan image is hard to read but i saw nothing i could make sense of so far i am on win 7 64 bit and i must say all works well and stable and install was fast more than likely you are blocking your home pc and ps3 from seeing each other somehow double check dns settings on ps3 and home pc make sure ports for fpsn are open and turn off any antivirus firewall that may be blocking or scanning traffic
