3.55 ofw please help
im trying to unjailbreak one of my ps3 from kmeaw i deleted all games and did factory restore but pup from this website wont reconize on ps3

Here is OFW 3.55. Rename to PS3UPDAT.PUP and put on a flash drive in the correct file path. USB: PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP Enter recovery menu and choose option 6.

will the recovery menu delete all the apps like install pkgs and stuff and everything trin g for a clean install

If you choose option 5, it will format the hdd and restore the PS3 to factory settings.
It won't change your firmware though. You will have to choose option 6, for that.

If you install OFW 3.55 They will be gone.

Go here: http://www.ps3devwiki.com/files/firmware/OFW-CEX/ Get 3.55 Not 3.55/Patch, Put it on your USB stick {USB--PS3--UPDATE--PS3UPDAT.PUP} Then Put your PS3 into Recovery mode then update.
