why does n0drm need +4.1x sdk ? They only need +4.10 keys which are extremelly hard to get unless you bribe an sony official or have a bruteforce tool to get them after 1000000 years lol. It may be that n0drm only looks if there are new tools or unself inside newer sdk or if there is a tool to drm their content . Whichever their intention is I hope it isn't the drm reason ...

i think that they found an other method to get keys or decrypt eboot without keys with the SDK, all their eboots needed the 4.0X SDK, hope that someone share the SDK ( activision employers who knows xD )
