Since the console is in a syscon hash panic, I don't think the USB ports have power. You can check by plugging in your phone or something that will light up when it gets power from the usb port.

If the ports are not getting power, that fix you linked will not work. Since you would need the usb ports working to get into FSM, and to install firmware from flash drive.
