Perhaps wait for an update to PMS to compensate for this, or re-rip your movie files with an app that removers cinavia?

The cinavia is actually in the audio of the movie. Some programs will break the cinavia protection, while converting to avi.

I know mkvmerge is one of them. DVDfab is another.

Its both in the movie's audio, and detected in the PS3.

There are two parts to Cinavia. The first part is a watermark that is embedded in the audio track of the movie. The second part is hardware related, as the hardware must be able to detect the watermark.
Use an app like Playerkp420 said.

Just re-encode your movie through the app. Fixed.
