noob guide to jailbreaking has a section for backups. You cant use a eur fix for us game without editing. I am not 100% sure how to do it, but you have to edit the game Id from blus to bles and edit the param.sfo.

blus is US version and bles is eur version. The fixes will tell you if they are for bles or blus. IF you have blus game and there is only a bles fix then you have two options. You can either edit the param.sfo(i think the new multiman does this for you) and the game id to bles. Or the other way is to download the original param.sfo for the bles version and replace yours with it. then replace the fix eboot.bin.
