This what i think.

Some Devs said PSN on DEX was not possible and it was a lie.
Some Devs said you could not run backups on DEX and that was a lie.

So im sure some information is missing or being concealed from the PS3 Dev wiki like how to pwn the bootloader.

It looks pretty near complete. Having it out to the public is not stopping anyone from finishing it at all either.

If it was not released, finisher or not, we would still be in the exact same place as we were a year ago. So don't tell me it was a bad thing it was leaked. It got the PS3 scene out of a slump.

It's not complete. It's a 50% conversion. You'd need to change EID0 /and/ EID5. You're only changing EID0, therefore, not a complete conversion. It's being "leaked" didn't do /much/ for the scene since most people are downgrading to 3.55CEX.

Either you took a leave of absence for the past year, or have been ignorant. There have been more developments in past few months than the whole year before C2D was released. Perhaps it isn't a full conversion, that does not matter. It killed the piracy reDRM dongles and allows us to use homebrew on more up to date firmwares.

Besides, you can't get to DEX without first being on 3.55, so I do not see what your point is about downgrading...

You don't have to be on 3.55. Any firmware can do it if you know what you're doing.

Okay so if we can't do some CECH-2500's and No CECH-300x's then they have updated sycons? I think the only way they know how to update their syscon is through releasing a different series.
