Do you have CFW? What Ps3 do you have, is it a 3k (CECH-3003b for example?? What FW are you on?

If you are on CFW, use the MMCM link in my sig to run your backups.

You can currently play online with 4.25 SEN enabler/spoofer, but this window of CFW on PSN probably wont last long.

mate your a star at the min im 4.11 fw but if you couldnt play the games u store to ur hdd then might not do it.thanks for the info ill look into it

4.11 means you will need a downgrader such as E3 for the NOR chip + FSM/downgrade dongle, but that relies on your PS3 NOT being a 3k series....PS3 Slim 3ks cant be downgraded.

The only jailbreakable FW is 3.55. Nothing higher will play backups.
