Can I fix it by N900 gave me Explanation

If you can refresh me, when it was you bricked again? It's been a week and I can't remember, if you flashed your CEX backup when this happened? I guess, I could go back and read all the messages and posts again, but would be easier if you tell me.

If this didn't start when you flashed your CEX backup like @vingen , then it may not work.
What firmware were you on when you bricked? If it wasn't DEX 3.55 or after you flashed your CEX 3.55 backup, then I don't think this will work.
I hope I am wrong, but....

If you were on a DEX firmware higher then 3.55, FSM downgrade won't work. The lv2diag.self won't be able to call on the syscall. So if you do end up entering FSM, you won't be able to downgrade, or even exit FSM.

If your situation was the same as his, then it should work for you also.

So you have tried with the PSP. First by cutting the power by switch or pull the plug. With PS3Jig open and the PSP in the right port, plug power back in and hit power, then eject.
You should see the communication on the PSP screen. Then auto shut down.

Try and put the files on a usb drive and turn the ps3 back on. And see what happens.

@playerkp420 I was on rogero DEX 3.55, When I tried to reflash my CEX back up back. It was the same thing as @vingen . I have tried using my psp with ps3jig, It will say USB attached and then removed. It will send the key command, and say down. Then the system will play the police siren and shut off. And if I do have the files on a USB it just plays the sirens again and shuts off.

just drop byt to say, its easier trying to get a e3 card flasher, i was able to find one for 5 dollar, worth every dollar for future uppgrade.

Were you ever able to resolve this?

I'm having the same issue on my phat. Tried entering factory service mode using psp with ps3jig, and got the exact same outcome.
