Dead USB PORTS
i soldered tristate to GND on mobo to keep my ps3 on and unbrick but my usb ports are dead now and i cant finish unbricking with my dongle

What hardware flasher are you using? If it is the e3 flasher then unplugging the clip from the e3 flasher motherboard should restore USB power.
