Not a 4.21 CFW. If it was it wouldn't need to change the Param.sfo And there are a few cuts in the video, Hard to tell cause the Brightness is jacked up.

The video is true, the tester and video poster was that guy who first released the TT2 fix(4.21) & FF13-2 3.55fix(TB removeDRM ,June 2012)!
