Even reputable people in positions of power be it someone you trust or a "group" you've come to respect can lie. With that said I've never heard of these people and even if you were my best friend I would want the binary as proof as a video can easily be manipulated. I call most things that fit into this category fakes until I personally see it working in front of me. I do hope my 4.25 console can someone be r00ted, but until then I will keep upgrading as I don't want a half arse solution.

After installation,XMB icon of MHP3 shows up.

The translation are correct and the the jail breaking is based on 4.21Cfw originally, because MH3 is running under SONY PSP Emulator.

Allow me to explain the situation.
The admin of that Chinese forum got contacted by a team called "Red Power" and was given a test PS3 with 4.21 CFW. BTW the HDMI port of that test PS3 is broken so they're using AV cables to output video, that's why the video and pics look blurry.

Yesterday the admin tested DOA5 on that CFW and it worked. As for the system time inconsistency appeared in that video, here's the words from that admin:"We recorded two video clips of DOA5 running on that CFW. However we later found out that one clip was missing the first half of the test and the second clip didn't show the detail where MM is prompting you to change SFO from 4.21 to 3.55. So we merged the two videos in one. That's why the system time appears inconsistent."

Today they tested MHP3, a popular game in Asia, and it worked too. The admin promised to release more pics and videos today.
