It all started with rumours from Chinese websites, a fuzzy video with PES2012 and a lot of questions... this is becoming very similar... maybe E3 Team is starting this "testing" cfw... who knows?

You just register. It will give you a verification code.
Once you want to login (no email needed) You put your Nickname and the verification code = Done.

If you fail to enter the code, then create another one.
Or instead of use the verification code use the password you used to register.
