Red Power Confirms New PS3 Games, DLC & More Run on CFW 4.21!

He doesn't say it's for 3.55...He says it's not possible that it isn't only for 3.55 because it would be impossible to install a hacked firmware with a higher version - note that he wasn't referencing anything directly though. It's just one person's opinion and evilsperm talented as he is, is not in the top tier of PS3 hackers from my understanding. Not to discredit him in any way, just trying to be accurate.
