There will be a pretty big mess if this is true.
From what I've gathered it is signed completely with 3.55 keys and if people are going to mindlessly rush and update (especially new people on latest OFWs who will go "OMG DA 4.21 CFW IS HERE !!!) there will be a lot of potential whining and problems. |
