I doubt many of us would dare to break a signed NDA. I'm all for sweet revenge, but not if I have to spend 1 minute in jail, or get fined +$1. If I had nothing to lose, then that would be a different story.

On another note.... an ex-sony PR employee is, apparently, shocked he and his co-workers were laid off?... ummm they should be thankful they were paid for more than 2 weeks. Actually I'll be fair, more than a Public Relations thing, it's a Marketing thing.

Funny story, I just noticed that "Kevin Butler" from sony's commercials is doing a firestone commercial playing a Wii. His commercials have been the ONLY entertaining campaign of PS commercials I've ever seen.

enjoyed would be the right word not enjoys .... this is sad news and sony just keeps loosing points in by book haven't bought a sony product since my ps3 and games i buy and don't plan on even buying their next console.. to much ill practices and ridiculous behavior.

I find those tweets constructive and in no way rude or in breach of some confidentiality agreements Will could have signed.

On the other hand, hiring people via "The Tester" was a pretty dumb move from Sony. They could probably do as good a job with fewer people who would have the appropriate experience/education in the field.
