That Great Emperor or whatever his name is should give that "machine with CFW 4.21 without the need of a dongle" to a decent hackers group as soon as that DRM dongle surfaces.... No need for another dongle war and fixed eboots.

And that "excuse" to piss of the Japanese is a bull**** story this way. This way they are the same as the Japanese and go for the money in stead of their principals...

Correct, from the beginning we say not to update, all impatient people (90%?)did however and now they complain they have to use a flasher first

if a dongle is need for this cfw and to the people who buy it then your a mug . u wanna play the latest games so much then convert to dex . its FREE

also i think cfw might has somethink to do with dex cos somethink @cfwprpht said .its werid its not 4.25 cfw but 4.21cfw and the highest dex fw for us is 4.21

also i can imagine this. if a dongle need for 4.21 cfw , the dongle makers will bs that the only way to make a cfw 4.25 is to change hardware in the dongle. so guess what u have to buy a new dongle . and well mugs being mugs will be mugs again

It is amazing how people hear a rumour about a new PS3 cfw and then update thinking and assuming it'll work; only to find out that you need to remain on 3.55 and/or requires a new dongle to use it.

Anyone who uses this site must have at one time or another read a post by countless users saying "Dont update until we have confirmation", but they never listen. These are the same people who throw a fit when we say that dongles are a cancer to the scene, whilst at the same time making a thread on this forum asking for help getting the dongle running! Question is why do they always come here for dongle help when this forum is so anti-drm, why dont the users the other forums help them or the dongle maker themselves? :P

If the tag [RUMOUR] isnt enough to stop people maybe each post should starts out in big bold red letters: "DONT NOT UPDATE NO MATTER WHAT UNTIL GREG/HELLSING TELL YOU TO!"
