In reality it seems these CFW authors want money for what *they* have created and by all means if you wish to not purchase one then don't. However, there are fundamental differences between the TrueBlue and this Dongle/CFW.

The TrueBlue required a hacked eboot for each game you wish to play and it did not support all games nor was it in any way a CFW. It did ship with a CFW, but it was pretty much useless compared to kmeaw and rebug.

This new device gives you the ability to play any game you wish - so far nothing has been said about homebrew, but I would assume it would not be left out.

So in reality we've got a new Dongle with a different type of DRM and an entirely different CFW with a quoted price of 1/4th of a game.

I would have no problem *investing* in such a device as of right now it will be the only simplistic out of the box solution for playing 3.56 -> 4.21 games.

I really hope you haters don't sit around for another year and do nothing, but complain that things are the way they are. It's such a waste of talent.

reDRM is just wrong, you can defend it all you want but it is fundamentally detrimental to the scene which is a community based on sharing, not profiteerring

All of this is moot.
You are going into Paying2Pirate scheme which is probably the dumbest thing ever.

The argument "I save so much money by just buying one dongle instead of XX games!" is so stupid and irrelevant I want to kill myself.

This 4.21 CFW thing comes in a Blue Disc, or so say, a Blu-ray Disc?

Screw this, I ain't paying $15 for something that's not even official or reliable that PS3HAX or other known sources have tested. Let alone pay. I'm not payin' nun'in!

@evilsperm , stop lying and release your 4.21 CFW CEX.

And the **** hits the fan yet again!
New drm dongle, no thank you very much!

I wish I could say that those that bought the TB would realise that they are just being ripped off, but unfortunately that's like trying to convince an Apple fan that Apple products are a ripoff. They wont listen and continue to by the latest drm dongle, and every year these dongle makers will have to release a new dongle due to people cracking them, either by actual hackers or them leaking it themselves so they have an excuse to sell a new dongle.

And who else calls BS on them not being the same or related team to TB? :P

@jennys

It doesn't matter what the dongle costs. Its not that people are cheap...its that we have morals and are not prepared to pay someone for something that should be released for free. That's what hacking and hacking scenes are all about...freedom of information.

To many of us, homebrew and MORALS are worth more than the latest games...and we are prepared to wait for it to be cracked and bask in the glory of supporting the true scene till the day the dongle gets cracked...and it will get cracked just like TB was...and we will all laugh at everyone who bought it
