Pls guys i need to downgrade my ps3 t0 3.55 from 3.75 and the file that i downloaded is asking of password wen i wont to extract it from rar wat can i do.

the file u have is fake

what is your ps3 model its on the ps3 at the back eg cech01 etc

what firmware did the ps3 have on it when you brought it

did u buy it new or preowned

I don't know what the f*ck you have downloaded, but downgrading works only with hardware at the moment.

i wanted to play call of duty mw3 and it says i should update to 3.75 and it updated to 3.75 since then i cant play my downloaded game any more pls help me out

By upgrading past 3.55 you lost all possibilities to downgrade but to use hardware..

You will need to get a flasher ( progskeet / e3 flasher / teensy++ dev. board ) and downgrade with it.
