The Avengers = Boring film
Right, so the hype and the trailer all sounded and looked great, but to be honest, it's actually pretty boring in my opinion.
Only halfway or near the end did it caught my attention because before, I'd just fall asleep because it was tedious as hell and I couldn't force myself to keep watching something so damn boring. I'm sorry I can't see what's so good about the Avengers film, sure it has interesting parts, but I found it to be an OK film at best, not really the best. In comparison, I'd say the Dictator (2012) was better by the fact it made me laugh, never fell asleep and loved seeing Sacha again. |

I expected more interesting thing to see in the movie. Like the great love of Thor who doesn't even show up in the movie.
For short, i expected more spectecular things.

I actually thought that The Avengers was never going to work. You know multiple heroes in one movie and all that. Turned out it was quiet good - much to my surprise.

It had some good moments in it but overall it was just another hollywood money maker with big shot actors.
Thought Loki was too much of a pussy, and Hulk wasn't angry enough. Six out of 10 from me.

Just pretty mediocre all around really. Iron Man 1\2 were both better, heck even Captain America was better which also had zero character development...but it stuck to what Captain America was about...camp comic violence. Loki was pathetic and the end sequence in The Avengers was just beyond boring....What a waste of all the "A listers". |

I loved it. I thought it would be all about ironman, but for me Hulk pwnd.
Edward Norton never lived up to it for me.... this iteration of hulk was way cooler imo.

lol, i have the film on me hard drive a good while, decided to watch it. then i see this thread.
i thaught the film was good, its fits perfect with the rest of the comic book films.

I thought it was one of the best Marvel movies and by far the best Hulk interpretation.
I loved the Avengers comics when I was a kid so I´m glad they finally made a movie
