I downloaded the 4.11 version spoofer from rebug. I installed it from the xmb package files option. I clicked on it and pressed the buttons it told me to, but it goes to a black screen, then the xmb menu, and never prompts me to reboot. Is the file defective?

Hello SafeW.

Remove the 4.11 spoofer that you have installed first of all.
Then after you have, install the F*ck PSN 4.25 spoofer.
Problem most likely solved.

I downloaded F*ck PSN and installed it on my ps3. But when I went to play a game it prompted me to do a system update to version 4.00 or later. What am I missing? I followed this guide: http://www.ps3hax.net/2012/09/released-f*ckpsn-0-9/ (*=u) and there wasn't anything said about a spoofer? Google didn't reveal one either that I saw.

I installed the spoof, my system rebooted, and after I tried to run the game I received "An error occurred during the start operation. (80010017)"

Can you use F***PSN on OFW?

If the answer is no then you cannot.
