90% seems to be an over exaggeration, as I have never gotten into the whole Poke'mon thing either. Since it is a home-brew, might be worth checking out, but like @Bigbones87 said, only if I am stoned enough, and if I run out of other games/movies to play/watch I might check it out.

Seems logical that someone would have wanted to re-make a Poke'mon game for other consoles instead of solely Nintendo consoles.

But if it were up to me, I would have re-did a Mario game instead. Would have had a bigger following, I mean gamers of old AND new all know who Mario is unless they have lived under a rock forever. Just my two cents, and it would have been easier I'm sure, but to each their own.

But seriously, what's so great about Pocket Monsters anyways? Seen the show and it's just an advanced version of a card game. I'm asking in all honesty, seen many a gamer lose themselves in those games.

I was born in 1981, so i don't think its an age thing, im sure there are members older than me that like Pokemon.

Its a pocket RPG, you go on a long journey, meet people, catch Pokemon and have fights, not really any different than the likes of Final Fantasy

Well the only Pokemon I liked is the N64 version Pokemon Stadium but there is no N64 emulator for PS3 so ...

Love Final Fantasy, ok you win I yield. I will give this a try when it is released, but there are too many Poke'mon games to go back through and play. @.@' I can't even keep up with the newer versions.

Pokemon has a very strange concept of friendship ... "enslave wildlife, use them to fight each other and get all the fame"

But jokes aside, the gba pokemon games are fun. I spent a lot of time playing pokemon sapphire on the subway. Like @TheWhiteTyger said, its basicaly a card game (a good one) with rpg elements.
