I'm still somewhat kind of new to this PS3 scene but been here for enough time to know how it is now, I mean, PS3 homebrew developers are at wars with each other, releasing fake shít that puts noobs in Kiosk FWs and supposed 4.xx CFWs which only work on 3.55 FW.

What the hell is wrong with the PS3 Scene, why couldn't it be more open-minded and friendly as the other scenes are, such as the PSP (Long live Dark Alex), Xbox 360 (I'm beginning to get tempted about hacking it) or the Wii.

Do PS3 homebrew developer hackers mostly care about making money and attention than actually being of good use for the community (homebrew/hacking) they're in?

I do hope some PS3 scene will be a lot better than it is right now.

Believe it or not, this scene is better now than it had been for a long time. There's lots of drama still, but the devs that are left and new ones are doing great things, and I see a bright future ahead, posts like this only discourage new and old devs alike, just my 2 cents.

the ps3 scene doesnt disappoint me, some scene members do!

anyone can be a dick and we have had all of the above

all scenes have drama but no scene has had to wait so many years before progress like the ps3 scene. i guess we just got 4-5 years worth of drama backdated

The only thing that disappoints me, is @fanboysarestupid keeps making stupid threads like this one.
Why don't you spend your time reading and learning. There is so much you can do with a jailbroken console. And I don't think the scene is slowing down. As I have had 10 people get their consoles downgraded from me, this week alone.

No one wants to hear how you think the PS3 scene sux. Go get a fuggin xbox360 or a Wii then. SO LONG!!!

why not learn to code yourself . who knows what u could learn instead of moaning . im learning to code on my own and i love it . who knows maybe i wil be a dev for the ps4 scene , well i got plenty of time to learn till then .

1) I know that to downgrade my PS3 I need to buy some hardware which I won't.

2) I've already got an Xbox 360 (Xbox 360 S 250GB) and planning to get a Wii (black).
