Incest should be avoided from what I was always taught. I've never bothered to verify any of the info on the internet, but I do recall a video of a person walking on all 4's because of supposedly inbreeding that screwed them up. I've never looked into the supposed genetic problems from it. I'm not sure how horrible it is, I wonder about tribes in jungles around the world. You see them on the travel channel or whatever on TV and wonder how bad it is if they are still around, surviving, and staying happy with a simple life. They aren't too large of a population, they must not be too distant from each other from parents and upward through the chain of parents.
