TBH, if someone delivers a firmware that does everything my cobra did (PS2 isos etc) then they have a sale. 15 bucks is a donation. True blue was extortion. Hell. If a dev had released this and asked for nothing I'd have given him/her more than that. It'll stop the little turds on here from demanding future dev work too if they expect to have to pay a fee.

By the time Wii U's out, I bet PS3 will be completely hacked.

I'd actually bet my PSP Slim CIB just to show how much I believe in my word. I can't see the future, but there's still a lot of time till 2013 to come and PS3's proven that it's not unhackable like $ony said.

Still, 3DS seems to be pretty damn solid.

When the rebug cfw came out and then the dev network exploit most, if not all, of you were giving oaths in Rebug's name. And now you resort to name calling? This is childish, naive behavior.

It's not like the first time that devs have kept something under wraps for some time. Perhaps with good reason ,perhaps not. I don't know.

I think it makes sense that you feel like you were lied to now and before. I get it. But, on the other hand, evilsperm did say "wait and you will see".

So, what I am saying is:

1) Don't be so damn greedy. We already got LOADS of new games to play. The minute we get something is all good and nice, then next minute we ask for more. Take it slowly and at one pace at a time.

2) If you are that impatient, the solution's simple: switch to DEX and be done with it. No need to b-itch, moan and flame.

3) Why not wait and see if evilsperm delivers or not? It's not like you ran out of games to play in the mean time.

4) And yes, devs don't actually owe people anything. The only case that they do, is when they sell a product, in which case they owe people, because they are getting paid. Also, because you may have a bone to pick with certain devs, please don't start flaming all of them. Not every dev is part of the inner circle and hides stuff from you.

I do wish the scene worked differently and there was not so much secrecy, drama and background politics/inner circles/what have you. But, unfortunately, it does not. So let's just work with what we already have and enjoy it. At least we're not without options (and games).

Once again: If you can't wait for a new cfw, just go to DEX and play all the games you want.

You missed the most strongest valid point on why should 4.21 cfw released : To save the users that have bought ps3 with base firmware larger than 3.55
You cant downgrade these new types of consoles .
I wish someday even those ps3 users can enjoy the cfw features (and I didn't mean that for piracy feature) .

Valid point indeed, but truth be said: Unfortunately not everyone (yet) can go to CFW. Perhaps that's for the best, because if that many people went to cfw, Sony would savagely hunt us down and eliminate all possible solutions.

Not to mention many people who couldn't handle waiting or wanted proper online/PSN access and went back to OFW.

As I said earlier, we make due with what we have. And provided it's available to us.

So, while I do feel sorry for people that want the cfw but can't have it, I am also happy that 3.55/3.41 users that waited all this time, now have options. As for the rest, who knows what's coming?
