Total noob needs help
I'm sure y'all get this all the time but I've read few threads here and just don't understand much of it I'm looking to jailbreak,play emulator games installing software but really don't know where to start so can someone please give the the rite path to get me hooked up thanks but I'm gpnna keep reading just if y'all wanna tell me to read lol been told that b4 on Droid forums so thanks again

The back of console has chech and then a letter and a 2 digit number. Then when you turn the console on go to setting/system settings/system information and it will tell you the firmware.

Ok model # is on back and bottom here it is cech 3001B version is 4.11 would u need serial # too just me know thanks

Slim 3000 series are unable to be jailbroken, its just not possible. sorry, you are out of luck. Only option is to enjoy it as an official firmware machine, or sell it and buy a jailbreakable model. slim <2500.
