Hi everyone, very new here, been reading posts though for over a month until I eventually managed to sign up today. I see a lot of guides new and old that confuse me and don't really know where to start.

Ultimately I want to downgrade my PS3 from the newest firmware to the 3.55 I am guessing as it is the favorite and then use a another PS3 so it can be spoofed for black ops zombies to use god mode, if that is still possible ?

Had a look around for the E3 flasher I saw one for £106 GBP is this expensive or cheap ?

I have fixed my YLOD a few times so I am comfortable with opening the PS3 up, thank you if anyone has took there time out to reply.

Yeah, u can get a littel confused by all the tut out there (but then again. they look alike)

BTW; where are you going to order the flasher ? I live in Denmark (Scandinavia) and cant find the E3 Flasher with downgrad dongle.

What model is your PS3?

If its a 3000 series you cant downgrade anyway. (probably isnt though after you said you fixed it ylod?)

£106 seems a bit steep, but if needs must...

You will also need a FSM dongle to downgrade, and double check your console even CAN downgrade to 3.55 by using MINVERCHECK in my sig below.

On the back it says my play station 3 is CECH-2503A, this is not the one I have fixed the YLOD with it's another old fat model. The model I have gave above is the model that I want to downgrade to 3.55.

Run minvercheck in my sig to see if your PS3 will downgrade to 3.55 or below.

After looking at the image you posted : you will still need a FSM/downgrade dongle on top of that £106.

Most of the website that sell the E3 flasher limited is out of stock, Almost every site in EU has sold out and which is every strange when u actually only need to flash it and then u re-sell it in the forum.

Well, i have give up to find a place to buy E3flasher in Europe.
I hope u will get a better luck with that...

PS. Remember to also buy the downgrade dongle...
