Hi, Recently I am thinking of buy a sound system for my ps3, basically for movies and game. I have researched about it and have 2 options:

Logitech z906 and Sony Home Theater BLV-E190

Logitech is 500w, Sony 300w

I wonder if some of you have any recommendations please...

I was told about a sony HT (don't remember model right now) that have problems with the sound of some games and movies through the ps3.

I have a logitech system on my desktop and Sony Surround hooked up to my TV. If I had to choose I would go with the Sony.

Logitec is good for most things, But sony has got Speakers down.

Sound is subjective. It depends on your budget. For play games maybe but for watching movies you might want something high-end.

hey mate.. i have the logitech z906 connected to my ps3 via optical cable.. and let me tell u it just blows sony or other htib systems.. its bass is glass shaterring.. and movies and games experience with z906 using ps3 is awesome u hear every detail of games and movies.. if ur looking for a 5.1 system for ps3 for games and movies look no further buy z906..

but if ur looking to be future protected and have the budget u shud look for proper ht systems like yamaha amps or onkyo ht systems..but they are higher in prices.. so ithink z906 is ur best bet..

even i made a thread here asking for advice whn i had to buy z906.. z906 is worth the money.
