No i think it's a payload issue which hasn't been resolved. I'm not sure though. I've tested on 4.21 DEX if i can run backups through MM DEX but with no luck at all.
You CAN run your backups on 3.55 DEX peek and poke through MM DEX but for 4.21 games like res evil 6 or tekken tag 2 you'll have to update to 4.21 DEX.

Converting to DEX is possible from 3.55 CFW and i used the QA flag method.
Once converted to DEX updating from DEX 3.55 p&p to DEX 4.21 is done through XMB and takes minutes. Downgrading the same but you'll have to flash 2 pups 1x DEX downgrade pup and 1x DEX 3.55 p&p so 15 min tops

It was a PS3 Slim 250GB Ratchet and Clank chech 2004B console

Anyone having issues, when playing RE6? I got the DUPLEX version and everything is fine, exept that I have no in-game voices. I mean I have sound and all, but when a character speaks I only get subtitles. No problem on the cut-scenes, thought.

Haven't encountered this problem anywhere. Maybe corrupt/incomplete files?
Try downing again from different source perhaps. Reformatting/rebuilding BDemu
Did u try the copy trophy trick i posted?
