Let's take Morocco as an example.
Video games aren't sold officially in Morocco. They import consoles from Europe, but it's mostly black market. Some games get imported aswell, but they're too scarce, for a very good reason : the Morrocan government doesn't let money "exit" the country. A Morrocan citizen is unable to purchase anything online from another country at all. They aren't even allowed to cross the border without written proof that they have someone who will host them during their trip, or with a hotel reservation which they can't get because they need a credit card and they can't get credit cards that work outside of Morocco without paying a very high sum of money. What do you expect them to do?

If I had a PS Vita and I couldn't legally transfer my PSP games to the Vita, I wouldn't have much choice than to pirate them.

This is the same problem as it is on PS3, I have PS2 games that $ony's been putting up for sale and I just won't re-buy the same games which this time is worse, imo, digital games aren't what I'd spend my money on.

I have my own set of rules which is based on the good and bad of piracy and copyrights.

First i *Test* it if i can and it's on my reach to do that. We can all it a demo run then if i like the product i buy it (90% of the thing i tested i end up buying them).
I hate having problems with DLC content among another issues if im not legit, so i choose if have the money no to play it sometimes and wait for a price drop and buy it.

At this stances is 10 times better to be a legit user than a pirate.
If i Pirate? yes, not too often tough on this time because i own a 3K and the one with homebrew it's on repair.

So far so good.

My country is on a credit card 'Blacklist'...the rate of credit card fraud was/is soo high so they just blocked us all...and the only way to get back online is through a very long verification process...thus we only get games if we've got relatives abroad to buy them, otherwise we pirate.

Well i have pirated old pc games only because in my country you can only find the latest games on the market. All my ps3 games are original .

Reasons why i Pirate :
i can't afford to buy Originals Since they are Coming one After the Other it will take me a Year to Play 6 Games :P ........where i live there is no Copyrights :P i used to Play PC Games and i Buy them from Official Shops in the PC Market Pirated already (Hence we Don't have Original Games PC or PS3 if there is they are all 2 years Old) even my Windows is Pirated (Cos there is no Original Due to Sanctions) and i download all my Programs from the internet as well and ofc i can't buy Online cos no Credit Cards are Allowed due to Blacklisted Country
