I think it says, things only takes a certain shape when you're looking at 'em. Like if you're watching a car, its only a car cause you're looking at it. With your eyes closed it nothing or something else or maybe not even there! :O!

NASA is closer to videogames than they would like to admit
Today i found this in the official "portal 2" blog, is old but funny http://www.thinkwithportals.com/blog.php?id=8447&p=1
Thanks to an anonymous tech at NASA, Wheatley is actually going to actual space. This Friday at 10:06 EST, the Japanese HTV-3 resupply craft to the ISS will launch the above panel into space. Though mankind will surely regret giving Wheatley a celestial perch to plot his next move, we here at Valve are mostly just impressed with NASA's bold, unprecedented resupply craft numbering scheme. And please note that when we mentioned an "anonymous tech at NASA" we weren't kidding: NASA in no way officially endorses secretly laser-engraving characters from Portal onto their spacecraft. Believe it or not, they don't even officially endorse Portal 2, despite the fact that it's a really excellent game.
Hehehe, there are some guys inside NASA that loves "freak" videogames, thinking in it... portal is based in physics science experiments (there are lot of nerd jokes inside the game)

P.D. Howard Wolowitz maybe ? (from "the big bang theory" series)

Indeed some big fans and even some collaborations on same games.

If this were true, it would explain God or the Gods. The Gods in this case would the development team. God could just be some kind of systems architect. This reminds me of that movie The Matrix lol.

You know the funny thing about Moore's law... It's not exactly a fundamental law but instead a benchmark that scientist/engineers strive to measure up to. So in a way, the concept of Moore's law itself encourages or even perhaps enforces Moore's law. It's a self-fulfilling law.
