back on topic now, @xboxgt12 , you did the reflow method and still have problems? , did you also replaced the thermal paste?

do the fans kick in?

This is true. You can borrow her for practice. Although, if you heat her up with a reflow or reBALL her, and then run thermal paste all over her, she would most likely rape you in the worst way. Sounds good and all, but you don't know her. She is really violent and she will beat you and make her you her bitc*. She also irritates your face wi her stubbly mustache. Show them @Mr.Dutch

I even replaced the thermal paste after the reflow. The Internal factory fan works great, the 2 externals also work and they are drawing power from an ac adapter connected to the wall.
The reflow was done with no clean flux.

Any suggestion?

I used the gilksy tutorial while trying to revive my friends ps3 and it worked like a charm:

Also it's very important that there's good contact between the cpu/gpu and the heatsink. Check this out, worked for me when I had green light of death (no audio/video but ps3 stays on)
