i install the 1.20 and then tried to install the 1.22 but just stops and gives me error 80029563

a dad from holland can not get blus30838 working. I have installed the pkg files in the right order but i am still getting the black screen and the flashing hdd lights. I have been searching now for days at many forum to get the game working. But still no luck
