or when there was all the hype over the QA you might have tried it but then forgot like many of us did. always check if the combo doesnt work then run the token again and check again. |

So, most likely I've turn it off when I re-set it again. So I guess there's no way to get out of this mess without a hardware flasher, is there? |

i bet this will be solved when it re-loads after this post ;P ************* [ - Post Merged - ] ************* it sounds like either 1.the 3.55 ofw was corrupt 2. more likely the usb stick you used needed formating fully before you put the 3.55 ofw on it although with both ways the ps3 should have given you an error code but it hasn't so something else has happened i dont know what but i am sure if the NOR / NAND is re-flashed (or dumped and patched then flashed) then it should bring it back. but with it not flashing red like a normal de-hash fail then it still might not fix it. --------------------------------------------------------------------- lets try removing your hdd and boot the ps3 with out it in then put it back and boot it again let me know if that did anything |

[Edit] Correction: The Ps3 boots green and then goes to blank like if power were cut off.
To turn it on again, I press the power button again and stays solid red and then, if I turn it on, it goes back to blank like the power were cut off. It is a PS3 Slim 320 Gb by the way. I've tried taking the HDD off and boot it, but it's still the same. Last edited by rafa11; 10-08-2012 at 01:35 PM. |

unfortunatly i had to re-flash to get it working again and it was a bad f/w update due to a bad usb stick. |
