Will it be possible in the event of a successful firmware Progskeet 1.1 further use dual boot with E3 Flasher Limited? Or you can do without E3 Flasher for dual boot after flashing with Progskeet?

The E3 is for NOR chip consoles not NAND so you will not be able to use E3 at all.

I do believe that Progskeet was doing something with dual booting as well but am not certain on how far that progressed.

If I understand correctly, I need to buy both devices, ie Progskeet 1.1 - to downgrade the firmware from version 4.25 to 3.55, and E3 Fl. - Need to dual boot OFW => CFW, all right?

No, the E3 is for NOR consoles........

You have a NAND console.......E3 will not work for you.
