Since some months (bah since i started as a moderator) and the become an s-mod many users avoid to use the HELP section and instead send me a PM stating what his/her problem and if i can help.

Many times i can reply (when i have enough time) and sometimes i don't.
When i don't reply is because i cannot deal with 4 or 7 users at the same time and deliver proper and correct responses to their problems.

Don't get me wrong here if i did not reply your PM, is because im human too and i have another things to do plus i cannot be everywhere.
Of course i can choose the *easy way* and transform myself into a total d0uche and block users from sending PM's but never done that and never will.

If you have a specific problem even with the guides i posted and i don't reply on a 24 hs day margin please seek help on help section on Hax or just wait for me to reply.

Why i wanted to clarify this?, because i know that some users sometimes got the wrong idea of me being here as Hax staff *we are superior* that is totally wrong because is not that the case.
We are users like anyone here with certain power to correct certain situations or frontpage news.

It's not that i don't reply because i say..*wtf is this guy talking, i will ignore it* nope. I don't even use ignore list.

So please next time use all the tools = INFORMATION you have around you and if get's hard to find somethings, hit me back again with a PM but please learn to wait and keep calm.
If i don't reply many valuable users of this community will do it for me.
After all we are a community.

but i was just stating that if i can't reply on time is not because i am ignoring user's doubt or ask for help. Only that not b1tching tough i love being here

Yeah since I became mod I have received millions more PM's than normal, I work through them asap each day, but I have never had 118!..at most 8-12 each day.

Sucks to be unemployed, but at least I can help out daily if anyone needs it

Just yesterday I was helped (very quickly!) by @DEFAULTDNB by @baileyscream and by @SyGnUs .
So it's all good if people have to wait. After all, no one pays you for doing this
