Sony needs one thing to remember about the PS3 and by far they haven't done sh*t. XBOX = Master Chief
Nintendo = Mario, Luigi, etc.
PS Series = Nothing but dicks who need to stop being dicks and listen to their customers. Seriously Sony just needs to go f*ck them selves cause next generation their definitely going to be dead out of the water. Only thing I use my PS3 for is Netflix. As for XBOX 360 I have my RGH and my flashed retail because Microsoft is smart and actually will live on in the consoles coming generations.

Microsoft expanded Xbox 360 to other areas than just gaming which means it can be used for many years to come, for digital distribution, media centre and also DVDs if people want to use as such.

Just today I was watching Despicable Me (the Blu-ray came with DVD) and I did notice that the picture quality was inferior, but still pretty damn good!

There's plenty of HD digital series to purchase, but my mind's still stuck with physical copies-only.

I know really little about this sort of contract problem and basically there are two case (but might be different in US) :
The actor can not accept any other advertising job for some time or other case , or can not accept any job related to the first contract but can accept other advertising job (so here area being video game, Sony is right and the update 3 of the new, statement is clear and easy to understand)
The job is paid according to that (so if the actor can not accept any other job, he will receive much more)

It was (complete) wrong for that actor do have done such thing but probably Sony on the first place to have done such "kevin butler" thing (but i m bad to understand jokes like that). I don t like too much the other actor, Kazuo, but at least he s so much more talented and attractive.

And the worst being Nintendo with real stupid none actor (forgot the name of the puppet).
