For 3.55 and below (and games with fixes) you should be on 3.55 DEX with P&P enabled, for those games higher that don't have fixes, you will need to use the USB BDEMU method (for games with updates) but you can upgrade and downgrade between 3.55 and 4.21 freely on DEX anyway.

So, place all your 3.55 games internal and 3.55+ on the BDEMU drive

Can i put other files ( such az my personal photos _ for storage ) after I format my hard disk for BDEMU ?

I dont think so cause the ps3 formates the drive and the only way the computer will see it is thru ps3gen.
