The game works fine with the DEX fix, but you have to get the US update using the PS3 updater tool(Since the game is US, of course). I played it for about 2 hours last night. I'd highly recommend Redbox for anyone who wants a rip of this game.

I Did it! I can't Freakin believe i did it!

Here's what i did:

Go to DISHONOREDGAME\COOKEDPS3 FOLDER

DELETE ALL .DEU, .ESN, .FRA, .ITA files

Delete also:

COALESCED_DEU.BIN

COALESCED_ESN.BIN

COALESCED_FRA.BIN

COALESCED_ITA.BIN

Leave only COALESCED_INT.BIN. DO NOT DELETE IT!

YOu can also go to DISHONOREDGAME\MOVIES and delete ZENIMAXLEGALFR.BIK to remove the french legal message.

Now open DEFAULTLANGUAGE with your notepad and delete any other file, leave only "ENG" without the quotes and save. Do the same for COOKEDLANGUAGES file.

Ok, now Mount the game to USB.


You'll also notice that the game will be much smaller this way, leaving just english language.

Now go to your ps3 and remove the installed data (if you have any) AND delete the patch pkg and install this one:

This is a modified dex patch that i did, i removed all coalesced_xxx.bin from other languages and left only the english one.

Alternatively, if you have a DEX multiman, you can use the file manager and delete the files from the patch folder yourself. The patch is installed on dev_hdd0/game/BLES01675

After installing the pkg, the install message should be in english and everything should be working in english.

I am sorry to report that this doesnt work bro. As soon as the game starts installing I get an error that there has been a disc read error. I dont know why.

ty ty ty ty :D it worked with me too i just Deleted the
COALESCED_DEU.BIN

COALESCED_ESN.BIN

COALESCED_FRA.BIN

COALESCED_ITA.BIN

and kept the COALESCED_INT.BIN
and Changed the Default Language and Cooked Language to ENG and all worked Fine but with a little Problem hehe there is no Speech nor Subtitles as there is no English Audio Files in the Game i think , so we should wait for ENG Version to be Released

Yep Delete just the BIN Files ....... but still even if the Game Worked with u there is no Speech or Subtitles as there is no English Files (if you are using the INSOMNI Version)
