Hmm i have some problem when i try to connect to the PSN:

I have Rogero CFW 3.55 with spoof 4.25, cer file and DNS was changed
F*ck PSN is running on fresh Windows XP

Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

Did you restart the console after replacing the cer files ?
Did you try using latest version of ****psn ( v1.0 ) ?
And try Kmeaw + 4.25 SGK spoof , maybe Rogero fw is cutting communication with PSN

you're right, Rogero blocking communication with PSN.
I update from Rogero v3.3 to Rogero v3.6 and now F U C K PSN working
