If you don't even know how to look for your pc/router ip address(google anyone?) then you shouldn't even think of tampering with your ps3.

did that and it doesn't really explain much, i put in the ipv4 address in the IP address on the ps3, i put subnet mask as 255.255.255.0, i put the default gateway number as the default router on the ps3, i put the primary and secondary dns as the pc's ip adress and then i start fkpsn and log in and i get error code: 80710102, dns error.
