so im currently running rebug 3.55 on my phat 60GB BC ps3 and i couldnt help myself. I had to download the FFVII psn from kat.ph but now im stuck i dont know how to get it working do i have to make a ISO image out of the files or do i just have to put them in the right spot.

please help this one time pirate. I love this game and left my copy back in the uk i have to have it again.

If you downloaded a pkg just install it from package manager.

I didn't realise there was PSP games you could install.

its not a .pkg its the PSN version that was released i think it was also available on the psp. the files that i got with the download are

DOCUMENT.DAT
EBOOT.PBP
KEYS.BIN

PSP files... Won't work on PS3.

If it's a PS1 game, get an ISO. You can then burn it to a disc and launch it in multi man.

Well that sucks are these deffinatly psp files. the download said it was the psn version. also the psn version that a friend got from the store said PS3/PSP

I believe this is a Psone game for PSP. NOT a PSP game for PS3. This won't work.

yeah im starting to suspect that. i just tried creating a ISO out of the files but it said i need cobra usb so im just trying to burn the iso to a disc and see if that works

nope didnt work it recognised the disc as PSX/PS3 and if i hit /\ it gives me 2 options load PSX/PS3 or load PSX/net both of gives me a black screen
